Ingredients :
- 4 small cans green chilies
- 2 cups Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp flour
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
:
- Layer chili and cheese in a 1 quart casserole dish
(2 layers of each with cheese on top).
- Whip egg whites with 1 tablespoon cold water until
stiff.
- Add egg yolks and flour. Mix well and pour over casserole.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes
