Ingredients :
- 4 medium potatoes, pared and sliced
- 6 carrots, pared and halved lengthwise, then crosswise
- 1 medium cabbage, cut into 8 wedges
- 1 smoked ham (2 - 2½ lb) cut in 8 pieces
- ¼ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp prepared mustard
- 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Put vegetables into an electric cooker.
- Spread ham pieces with a blend of brown sugar, mustard, and horseradish.
- Add meat to cooker.
- Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours.
