Ingredients :
- 2 cups cooked potatoes, chopped
- 2 cup cooked ham, chopped
- 2 cups cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- ½ cup onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 tspn worchestershire sauce
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- In a large frying pan, cook the cabbage, onion and carrots in the
softened butter.
- Stir in the potatoes, ham and Worchestershire sauce.
- Ladle onto plates, season to taste.
