Ingredients

Preparation & Cooking Instructions
  1. Keep the leaves whole and place in a large saucepan with just the water clinging to them and cook, covered, over a moderate heat, shaking pan several times, for 2-3 minutes or until just tender. Drain well and place in a bowl
  2. Combine oil and lemon juice and pour over leaves. Season to taste with black pepper and serve immediately.
