Ingredients :
- ½ tspn salt
- 1 can baked beans
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 lb tripe
- 1 sprig thyme
- 2 stalks scallions
- ¼ tspn black pepper
- 1 oz margarine,
- 6 pimento grains
- 1 tbsp flour
- 5 cup flour
- water, to mix
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Cut tripe into 1" pieces
- Add tripe to water with half the seasonings and cook till tender.
- Make small dumplings and add.
- Add the rest of the seasoning along with the margarine and cook for
10 mins.
- Mix the tablespoon flour with ¼ cup water till smooth
- Add & cool for 5 minutes
